The advantage of our pelletizing technology is not only the processing of sawdust into pellets but also the use of wood chips in the pellet production process, which allows for the complete processing of sawmill waste wood and increases operational efficiency by approximately 300% compared to processing waste wood into fuelwood.
We offer lines with capacities of 500 kg and 1,000 kg per hour, making them an economically interesting solution for valorizing your biomass into pellets (return on investment for the manual mode within 10 months).
The line can also be combined to produce both pellets and briquettes from a single drying source.

Briquetting Line
Pila Hradec s.r.o. also specializes in supplying, including installation, training, and test operation of briquetting lines in both manual and automatic modes. The advantage of our briquetting technology is not only the processing of sawdust into briquettes but also the use of wood chips in the briquette production process. All wood waste, including impurities such as bark, can be processed into briquettes. This results in an increase in operational efficiency by approximately 300% compared to processing waste wood into fuelwood or selling chips to heating plants. The advantage of briquette production over pellet processing is that there is no need to consider the cleanliness of the sawdust/waste wood.
